With less than a month to go before the Dinghy Sailing Show, the only show in the world dedicated solely to dinghy sailors, there's still enough time for you to get your ticket and be in with the chance to win a fantastic family holiday, courtesy of the show's newest sponsors, Crystal Active.
Taking place at Alexandra Palace, Saturday 01- Sunday 02 March, anyone who buys a ticket before 26th February could be in with the chance of winning a family holiday for four at one of Crystal Active's beach resorts in either, Greece, Turkey or Croatia.
The holiday includes a full water sports programme so you can get out on the water and put in to practice any tips you picked up from the many experts who will be sharing their knowledge at the 2008 Dinghy Sailing Show.
Jenny Curry, RYA Dinghy Sailing Show event manager said: "This year's show is action packed and is proving as popular as ever. We have well over 200 exhibitors showcasing everything from essential kit to the latest in boating design and technology.
"It's a great place to meet up with old friends, as well as being the ideal starting point for those people looking to get in to the sport - everything the dinghy sailor needs to know is here under one roof."
Alongside the exhibitors the show boasts a plethora of events and coaching sessions, where you can brush up your skills with hints and tips from some of the best UK dinghy sailors and coaches. You can even rub shoulders with sailors from the British Olympic Team - perhaps their winning ways will rub off on you?
After taking in all the action, you can always chill out in one of the venues many bars and restaurants. Why not check out the new 'Crystal Active Beach Bar', with its tropical inspired theme, it's a great place to rest and recharge.
Tickets cost just £10.50 for adults / £9.00 for RYA members. Kids go free on Sunday and child tickets on Saturday cost only £5.00 (5-16 years), £4.00 for child RYA members. Tickets will also be available on the door - prices; adult £12.50, child £6.25.
